Cheese on round spangles

The company Monteil supplies almost French cheese refiners, from north of the country to Toulouse.

Monteil works the rye straw and it's one of the only ones company which masters a method to sterilize straw by thermization : this method guarantees straw's stalks without germ of Listeria nor salmonella.
